Dilly is painted with chalk pastels on A2 size, white Daler Rowney mount board and took about 3 days to complete.

This portrait was commissioned as a Christmas gift for a daughter who's pet horse had recently pasted away.

This is what she said " We have now had Dilly framed and he hangs at the bottom of Rose's bed, as if he is keeping and eye on her!
The lady in the framing shop was also very impressed with the portrait. She advised us on the mounting and the frame and the end result is brilliant. It was lovely to meet you, if only briefly and thanks once again."
